WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. It's taken me over a month to get scheduled for a blood draw with them and weeks have passed by before I get an email back from them. I was working with Irania btw. Horrific, inefficient service.

Spent nearly $1,000 on a test from this horrible company. They sent me a used kit with multiple obviously damaged and used items in it. The entire kit was cheap and poorly made. Contacted their customer service phone number for help. Calls are answered by their cheap support team in India or Pakistan. Person answering our call was unhelpful, poorly trained and spoke little English. It's obvious this company tries to cut costs and corners to increase profits. Such pathetic level of quality in every part of our experience. Will never order from them again! Be careful!

I have been practicing medicine for about 27 years and have been in the wellness field for 20+ years and utilized most labs in the field, unfortunately highly disappointed with Vibrant after ordering labs and functional testing from them the past few years i have found the lab data to be inaccurate, clinically not relevant or missing in recent cases. They are also poor on the business side not remorseful for hemolyzed blood with completely inaccurate results showing just high potassium in a patient who has numerous labs and definitively does not have high potassium they are not willing to refund the extreme costs of these tests that they should automatically do or offer a redraw. They have also been using more vague ways of relaying results rather than sticking to numbers and data while driving costs up all seems rather 'shady' as that word fits it best. At this point they have charged for results they are not able to provide due to lab issues and not willing to refund the fees, we have to remember this is in the name of patient care and wellbeing and the patient wants their money back due to erroneous results and missing results and it should be their duty to immediately refund rather than unfortunately try to scam which sadly it appears to be what is happening, otherwise they would handle this professionally as a reputable lab and business would.

First issue -I called customer service to ask a collection question. I quickly figured out that customer service is outsourced for this little lab in San Jose. That was disappointing, as in my my experience outsourced customer service provides a subpar experience-reps are not knowledgeable and read from a script. I was not surprised but disappointed when I was connected to a rep that was annoyed and condescending. I have experience working in a lab and also work in Biotech managing clinical trials, so I am knowledgeable about sample collection. I had a valid question regarding sample storage. Second issue - I cannot get a simple answer to my question of when results will be available. My samples were received on 2/21, and the portal is still showing that the samples are in process. According to the paperwork that came with the kit, results are available in 2-3 weeks. At this point the data should be available. I opened a ticket on 3/9, got no response in the promised 24 hrs, so had ping again. Response was ticket needed a response from their "internal" department. So really, an answer to a simple question has to go through multiple layers? By the way, the kit is $500, out of my pocket. I am very unhappy with the company at this point and will be advising my Dr. to discontinue working with them. Editing to add another observation-Vibrant responds to these reviews offering all kinds of help and advising customers to contact the same customer service team that provided that bad service in the first place. If there was an issue with the sample collection or the results were going to take longer, that answer could have been provided when I opened the ticket in the first place. In addition, if there was an issue with the sample, the lab should have reached out to my Dr immediately. I opened a ticket on 3/9, followed up on 3/10 and still do not have an answer.

Maximum frustration! As a provider who is whole heartedly dedicated to excellence in patient care, I expect more from a lab than having to wait 3 weeks for a response to a simple testing question. I have attempted to contact the rep and have received inadequate and partial responses, condescension and extremely delayed response times. I will not be recommending them to patients or colleagues anymore.

I'm leaving a review for vibrance wellness, a testing lab. I don't normally leave BAD reviews, but i have been trying to PAY them and from the first test to the attempt to get the second test done has been a nightmare. Hello me reword ..The first time we had testing done the reports came back and I was able to see the results and it said I didn't have am account. I went through more than a week of communication to access them again, at which point I printed and downloaded them and them somehow wasn't able to see them.... all the while customer service was poor. A month later My Naturopath wanted me to do another test with them. She put on the order and there was never a link sent to me this time. (Not even spam, it is a Gmail account) and honestly over a month of redundant senseless communication, and I still wasn't able to PAY THEM for a test we wanted done. they said "we sent a link"in more than 5 emails over a month and it never received a link... I eventually sent them my phone number and they didn't call. They sent another email saying we sent you sent you a link. Multiple times I requested they include link on the emai, or at up an account for me to pay that way....The kicker was the last email where they emailed me asking for my email address. A week later they closed my whole request, or case without any resolution. My naturopath said she reached out and vibrance was supposed to be sending me.... a LINK to pay.

My doctor ordered lab kits. They neglected to ship one of the kits. They wanted to blame the doctor for their error! They said the kit was shipped to my doctor. Checking with my doctor, they did not receive the kit. That was a lie. The rep I talked this morning said they would ship the kit today, overnight, and I would have it next day, meaning tomorrow. I called to confirm the kit had shipped since I had a blood drawn scheduled for this week. The rep I talked to this afternoon said, they never shipped overnight nor the same day. It might get shipped this week and I might have it next week. No exceptions. And, the time to receive the results? The last three results have take much longer than the promise of quick results which they have now removed from their website because it was a lie.

We scheduled a fed ex pick up yesterday and they never came.
