I dont get result notifications in timely manner and then weeks after receiving I get another notification that something is needed and this has happened several occasions and I dont have time in my clinic to keep having issues like this and turn around time for communication is HORRIBLE>

Vibrant Wellness won't release test results directly to the patient. I have used Diagnostic Solutions in the past and never had an issue getting my test results especially important to review them prior to my appointment. For the price of these tests patients should be able to see the results *Thank you for your response. My review is for others who may be deciding to pay for tests with vibrant wellness. I understand you are stating your policy but there are other options.Each person should make their own choice.*

Hi Shari, sorry you've had this experience. We definitely want you to get your results! Your provider is responsible to provide your test results and discuss how to interpret them. Please allow 30 days for your provider to release results. If the provider has not released your results within 30 days you may reach out to our support team at [email protected] to securely receive your results directly from Vibrant Wellness.
