Great, fast, reliable service and super friendly and helpful staff!

Fast turnaround and great customer service :)

I have worked with Video Caption Corporation for several years and they have always offered the most professional on time service. They are extremely fast, communicate well on all aspects of a project and everyone I have interacted with is friendly, polite and offer excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their type of service.

We have been a customer of Video Caption Corporation for many years and it has always been a pleasure. They are very easy to deal with and are always complete professionals in every aspect of the captioning process. Whether it's our weekly program or a once a year special project, they always deliver a first-class product. We sometimes watch our program with the captions on and are often impressed with the extra effort they put forth. Their captions are far superior to those we see on many other programs. They also have provided invaluable technical assistance over the years, helping us to work through some file format issues that really had us baffled. We hear from other captioning houses all the time who want our business, but we're confident that we made the right decision so many years ago when we chose Video Caption Corporation.

Amazing customer service! They Rock. We've used them for two tv shows and a film. They are very detailed, dependable, and easy to communicate with!
