Video Caption CorporationReviews of vicaps.com

Great work and great customer service!

Fast reliable service

We ran into a few problems initially with syncing our captions. The Video Caption Team was great: attentive, courteous, and extremely helpful.

Communication was very clear about scope, cost, and delivery date.

I had a great experience with Video Caption Corporation. They worked with me on what options I could do for my video. They also worked within the timeframe I gave them, and produced a great quality AD and CC super fast. My project had a lot of different people involved and took some time and back and forth emailing, but they stuck with me and helped me get what I needed. It was great!

When we decided to add closed captioning to our introductory video, I found Video Caption Corp. through an online search. I had no idea what this process would involve, so I requested a quote through their website. Tiffany got back to me quickly and was patient and helpful with my lack of knowledge. Ours was a relatively small job, but she never made me feel like it was insignificant. In less than a week I had my finished product. I would 100% recommend this company!!

The customer service team that I was working with was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me felt taken care of. They also made everything effortless. I just provided them a download link to the footage that needed captioning and they gave me SRT caption files that synced perfectly.

Your service was timely and well-executed.
