They were helpful as far as getting my profile put together & recommending pictures to use. Lorraine C was good to talk to at the beginning of the process to get everything organized. Communication takes some getting used to how it works relaying info between the matchmaker & the ghostwriters. They preemptively offered a date before confirming that it would work with my schedule & subsequently had to retract it since I couldn't make the time/date they offered & the person they were working on getting a date with subsequently seemed to lose interest. I still get the feeling that they are legitimate & really do want you to find a meaningful relationship. I would still consider using the service again after having gotten used to how it works.

I am extremely pleased with the level of service I received from Ozora and her team. They did an amazing job from start to finish - selecting my photos, creating my accounts, and most importantly, driving thoughtful and engaging conversations that led to a ton of great matches. After the holiday break, VERY much looking forward to working with Ozora and her team again in the New Year!

Lorraine C was an absolute pleasure to work with. I made a lot of demands about the particulars of how I wanted the company to help me find potential matches. I had different requirements for distance and swipe areas so that different locations were excluded/included. I had many specific criterion for who I was looking for. Lorraine C did everything to help me achieve my goals during the experience. I would recommend this service again.
