The Tea Cart Wheel Rubber was reasonably priced and arrived in a timely manner. The density of the rubber was exactly what I was looking for.

Note this is an updated review: Seller communication is poor, and my item took longer to ship than the stated window (I was eventually told that window was just an "estimate"), but ultimately my rug was as-described and I am pleased with its quality and the value for my dollar.

Hello MK, Kindly share your order number with us - there might be a little bit of delay as product is "made to order" - but we will surely check and gt back on this. Awaiting details.

Samples OK, but I did not realize I was ordering them from Turkey, so I think that should be front and center on the website. I've ordered Travertine tile in the past that was quarried in Turkey, but the product was not shipped to me directly from Turkey; it was already in the company's warehouse in the USA. Aside from the samples taking longer to arrive than I anticipated (due to their coming from Turkey), the samples were sufficient for my needs, one had the corner broken off.

Hello Cassandra, We have mentioned in product description "You can give your home a dignified, old-world look with this natural stone tile from the best quarries in Turkey." Glad the samples met your needs despite the delay. Update : You should have get back to us regarding broken-sample. I don't see any communication from your side. We used fedex for delivering the same - don't know what happened.
