My mechanic installed the Viofo Dash Cam in my car. There was a problem connecting the dash cam to my SSD. The Viofo support team was very helpful, and recommended the correct cable. My Viofo Dash Cam now connects to the SSD. I am pleased with the performance of the Viofo Dash Cam and would highly recommend it. I greatly appreciated the help of the Viofo support team.

The cabin camera stopped working and the agent at VIOFO sent a replacement camera and cable right away. Both arrived promptly in very secure packaging (lots of tape). The rep emailed me at every step and provided tracking info. Very impressed!

Excellent service, I had difficulty installing my A119M 4K and manage to waste the static cling stickers as well as the double sided 3M tape, VIOFO sent additional sets through Amazon in no time.

We had ordered the dashcam at the beginning of the year but my husband did not get around to installing it until recently. We had some issues with the dashcam not working. I reached out via email for assistance not with any high hopes. Annie from Viofo was amazing at helping us troubleshoot. After many unsuccessful attempts, I had returned the dashcam and Annie had sent me a new replacement dash cam I was completely shocked by the excellent customer service. Great customer service. I had bought a (front & rear camera) A229 plus to upgrade from my (5-year-old) Viofo A119 camera. I wanted to add a cabin camera, and I noticed an input for the third camera on A229 Plus. I called Viofo customer support and Annie Shi informed me that I could add a cabin camera (rf200). Annie sent me the link to purchase and the link to install, Annie was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable. Viofo customer support is Grade A.

Viofo has great customer service. I encountered a problem with the USB cable not connecting properly to the camera, and sent in a few photos. The Viofo customer service rep immediately diagnosed it, and sent out a replacement cable free of charge. This was over 2 years after I had purchased the camera, which has been working flawlessly since.
