A family member sent me the Violette_FR x Dieux Skin eye mask, but I had an issue receiving the package at my apartment. I contacted customer service and they got back to me immediately, and were able to offer a replacement. They were warm, helpful, and prompt. A GREAT experience ordering from this company. And the reusable eye mask set is fantasic.
