The products are great! The dispatch was kind of slow but the customer service is very good. I received constant updates and ones the package shipped it came very fast. As someone who doesn't like lipstick, the Bisou balm is one of the best ones I've tried and the eye shadows are very good.

They responded very quickly and resolved the issue within a few hours, which allowed me to place a new order with the correct items. The process was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the fast support. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish they included small goodies or freebies for new and returning customers, especially on larger orders. But overall, very good customer service and a pleasant experience so far.

I would like to highlight the most impressive customer service I have ever experienced. Even though there was some inconvenience due to the delay in the delivery of my package (it arrived after a month), what truly stood out was the team’s extremely professional and proactive daily follow-up. I was in almost daily communication with them (great job, Shasha!), and in the end they issued me a full refund — and I still received the products. I have been using these products for years and I am a huge fan of the brand, especially the Bisou Balm.

The customer service team at Violette_Fr is one of the most responsive and action oriented that I have come across recently. My order was not delivered to my address and they helped to track it with the carrier and tried to have it delivered and when I still didn't receive it, they promised to ship it again. I am waiting for the shipment to arrive and I hope it comes soon and without issues this time. I have so far tried a few of their lip products and they are all excellent. I have ordered more products in this new shipment that I am waiting for and I have high hopes for all of them. The only area of improvement that I would suggest is the shipment and delivery time and speed which could be improved.

Behövde aldrig använda kundservice så den kan jag inte bedöma, men jag har fått god information under leveransen - den tog lite tid men höll sig inom det som de hade uppgett så jag är på det stora väldigt nöjd.
