Dear Lynn, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve encountered regarding your subscription. Our goal is always to provide a transparent and helpful experience for all our users, and we’re truly sorry to hear that we fell short in your case. We want to clarify that our subscriptions are set to auto-renew by default, and users agree to this during sign-up. To ensure transparency, we send multiple email notifications before each renewal and provide an email receipt at the time of every transaction. These are intended to give ample time for any modifications or cancellations to be made before the subscription renews. That said, we understand how upsetting this situation has been for you, especially considering the other challenges you’ve faced. Your feedback is important to us, and we’d like to resolve this matter and better understand your frustrations. Please reach out to our Customer Success team directly at [email protected], and we’ll work with you to find a fair resolution regarding your subscription. Again, we’re sorry for any hardship this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you for allowing us to address your concerns. Best regards, Customer Success Team Viral Launch
