Hello Krisztian Kovacs, we are sorry to hear that our tool did not add value to your Amazon business. When you signed up for Viral Launch, you signed up for a monthly subscription to our software. Viral launch sends to email communications to its subscribers before renewing and charging for their subscription. Emails are sent 31 days and seven days before subscription renewal and an additional email will be sent after the renewal has been successful. Viral launch has the same refund policies as it’s competitors. You can cancel future auto-renewals by using the menu on our site, navigating to Home > Billing. Following any cancelation you maintain access through the remainder of the billing period and once the payment is process subscriptions are non-refundable. With this being said, we have made an exception to our policy and we have refunded you per your request. An email was sent to you after the refund was processes. Here at Viral Launch we take Customer Service very seriously and we hope that we can improve our relationship with you and help you on your Amazon Journey in the future. We you need assistance moving forward, please reach out to use at anytime at [email protected]!
