I have had the Vivian app for a long time and tried using Vivian many times and I’ve never been hired for a job found through Vivian.

I have been registered with Vivian Health going on 2 years. I have interviewed for many opportunities however not been hired as of yet. I inquired about why I am asked by a particular recruiter each time to submit a copy of my social security card even before being considered for a position and was told that it was a normal process. No other recruiter asks me for this information unless I am seriously being considered. Going forward I will limit or simply not express interest in positions with this recruiter. I feel like my information is being provided without any outcome more than I would like.
