I am very satisfied with Volusion in every way. The customer service is the best I have ever experienced. The team is back with answers to questions within very short time and they always try to help you out no matter what.

So many applications that help your business run smoothly. My favorite is the FedEx integration Manager with Volusion. Once I print out my shipping label in FedEx the tracking number is automatically inserted into the order and the system marks the order shipped! After you create the label the order disappears from the FedEx Integration screen so there is no chance of a duplicate shipment. LOVE IT! and all the features of Volusion.

We have had great experience with our Volusion ecommerce site. We are not tech savvy but their people are always helpful. The only thing I'm unhappy with is the new admin dashboard. Too hard to toggle between admin and store view. I just got comfy with the system and then the dashboard changed and I'm lost!

Thank you for your kind comments! I'm confident that you will get used to the new admin dashboard and hopefully start to love it. Always know that we are help you when you are lost with the new dashboard. We have an exciting year ahead of us and plan to make it easier for you to manage your online business!

Responsive templates don't work overly well. No integrated blog. ridiculous url convention, and have to Jquery hack the crap out of the template since you can't edit the actual structure in SO many places. The way they maintain site content for information pages such as shipping & returns etc is incredibly cumbersome, not very intuitive and allows for NO flexibility. We are looking at replacing Volusion next quarter.

Being a small business, Volusion was recommended by a systems engineer to me. I was amazed at all that could be done...exceeded what I ever dreamed I could have for such a nominal monthly fee. I am able to offer each customer a special permanent discount based on his purchases. Now each time he looks at one of my products, he sees his own special price. I can offer coupons, discounts, and my customers all have a streamlined, easy, checkout experience. I have everything at my disposal to fulfill their orders and keep track of inventory. There's not room here to explain all the features I can offer. Love it!

Still having problems with shipping. Volusion couldn't explain why on many occasions. Never did get it resolved.

I only gave it a 4 for now only because the project is not completed yet. Jay did a great job in quickly resolving the aggravation and conflicting info. Once the project is complete, it should go to 5 stars.
