I was very happy with my unit until it broke. Must have been a glitch, because my son got the same one at the same time and his is still working fine. As it was still under warranty, I contacted the company and they promptly send a new one. Diane was friendly and no fuss. Problem solved after first email.

The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with the first one and they dealt with it and replaced it very quickly. It’s a great product. Great for leaves in the garden and drying the car. It’s very powerful so you don’t get a huge run time with a 4ah battery so worth having a spare or a larger capacity battery.

The Turbo Jet DB 3.0 works great. The unit is not too heavy or loud, and moves air efficiently. I use Makita 5.0aH 18V batteries, and one fully charged battery dries a freshly washed station wagon. Fairly pleased with the investment

Powerful Handheld blower Disclosure: I received this product as part of a collaboration. l am so impressed with the Turbo Jet DB. It's compact but surprisingly powerful, and we've already used it for driveway cleanups, flowering tree droppings, car detailing, dryer lint trap /slot blow outs, and quick Spring cleanup of tower fans in our home. I love that it works with the batteries we already own, so there's no extra chargers to deal with. Practical, easy to grab, and really useful inside and outside of your home. No bulky equipment to drag around!
