The Best Customer Service

Rv space-saving at its POWERFUL finest
Disclosure: I received this product as part of a collaboration. The blower ROCKED right out of the box, and fit the battery as stated. As a full-time RVer, this COMPACT blower is SO MUCH BETTER than the typical bulky blowers! It fits in your hand just like a drill, and is super lightweight. SOOOO many uses around the campsite.

Shipping without any battery…
Shipping without any battery restriction issues; the blower speaks for itself once you put it to use, its simply amazing! Brooms are a thing of the past, tho they now have other purposes....Mahalo Vortex Haus🤙👍

Awesome customer service experience

Light weight and porwerful
At first, I judged it by its size. I didn’t expect it to be that powerful. But I was actually surprised by how strong it is. It’s super lightweight, which makes it really easy to use, and I’ve been reaching for it for pretty much everything. Definitely one of those products that ends up being more useful than you expect.

Powerhouse Blower
Disclosure: I received this product as part of a collaboration. This little powerhouse of a blower far exceeded my expectations. My old blower is huge, requires gasoline, hard to start (pull start), and vibrates my whole body. This blower is very small, trigger start, and almost no vibration. The power of the blower is incredible, what took my old blower minutes to do, is done in seconds. I even had all my family members try it out and every one of them was SHOCKED at the amount of power in this little tool. If you want to save yourself time and space, this is the blower you need.

Chelsea, this comparison is perfect: gas blower = huge, hard to start, shakes you to pieces; this = small, trigger start, quiet in the hands but brutal on leaves and dust. Customer Care id Job 1
The companies focus on customer service is unusual in todays world. I am in Indonesia and Diane was very responsive considering the time difference. Besides the quality of the blower their customer service is beyond compare.

Diane is a star
I ordered two blowers from vortex, but as soon as I’d payed I realised I’d ordered one wrong (Dewalt battery not Makita) I contact their customer service department and got an immediate reply from Diane, she sorted my mistake straight away and made sure I got the two correct units, great service, Diane was very efficient and friendly, a pleasure to deal with thank you.
