VortexHaus US4.7Honesty, pricing, process and quality scores appear once 5 customers have rated them.
You're here to see if this is real. Fair. Here's the scoreboard: 37,236 units shipped, 4.8★ on Trustpilot, and most of these reviews are from people who were skeptical first too. What makes us different: small tool, serious power, runs on the Makita, Milwaukee, and DeWalt batteries you already own. We're a US & UK based team that obsesses over quality — every unit is vetted and QC'd before it ships. Backed by a 90-Day One-Pull Test Drive and a support team (Diane, Marielle, Kerbie) that actually fixes things fast. Read a few reviews below and you'll see the pattern.
VortexHaus US (vortexhaus.com) has 488 customer reviews on Folks Told, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

I wanted to share how happy I am with the warranty experience I had with Vortex Haus. I sent an email regarding an issue with my blower. Diane the Customer Support Agent emailed me the very next day and very eager to help. I sent a short video to show them what was going on and within 1 hour I got a response back saying that they were sending me out a new blower the same day. It is soo nice to see a company that actually cares about their customer experience. Thank you!

Hey Jon, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. This is exactly how warranty support should work. You sent a video, we diagnosed it immediately, and a new blower shipped the same day. No runaround, no weeks of waiting. And yes, Diane takes these situations personally, she wants it fixed fast because that's what she'd expect if she were the customer. Really appreciate you sharing this. It helps others know they're covered if anything ever comes up. Arthur

With the ease of ordering and the 30-day guarantee, you can’t go wrong! I love my VH blower! Huge upgrade from the cheapie traditional style blower I had before and WAY easier to use and less bulky. Lightweight, quick and handy for everyday cleanup tasks. Love it!

Hey Kelly, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Love this! Lightweight, easy to grab, no bulk — that's the upgrade we designed for. And the 30-day guarantee means there's zero risk in trying it. Glad you made the switch from the old-school blower. Once you go Turbo Jet, there's no going back! Appreciate you, Arthur

I let a sweatshirt drawstring get sucked into my brand new unit which shattered many of the fan blades. I reached out to support and Diane was fantastic and is shipping me a replacement fan blade and responded within minutes on multiple back and forth emails. Enjoying the product but the support is even better which I find can be very hit and miss these days with many retailers.

Hey Kyle, Arthur here. A sweatshirt drawstring... That's a tough break, but it happens. What matters is Diane got the replacement fan blade shipped fast, with real back-and-forth communication — not canned responses. You're right that this kind of support is hit or miss elsewhere. Here, it's the standard. Glad you're enjoying the blower itself. Now just keep those drawstrings tucked in! Arthur

Marielle, Customer Support Agent was very helpful, kind and professional. I contacted Customer Support to check on shipping status. Marielle was very responsive, sending detailed information and following up as needed.

Hey Jodi, Arthur here. Founder of VortexHaus. Delivered to the wrong address — that's a stressful situation. But Diane jumped on it, stayed responsive, and helped you track it down. That's what real support looks like. And hearing that the product is "everything and more" after all that? That's the best ending to the story. Thank you for your patience and for sharing this, Arthur
