Ladies! Listen up!! This handheld blower is AMAZING!! It's so lightweight that my kids love using it too! They have gone from arguing over who "has" to blow the leaves to now arguing over who "gets" to blow them!! I've used it for blowing leaves (obviously), blowing crumbs out of the car seat (game changer!), and have even used it to blow all the darts from a very aggressive Nerf battle into one area instead of picking up all 300 of them one-by-one. You NEED one of these! "Though she be but little, she is fierce"

My husband is a general contractor and is currently building our new home. He started using the Turbo Jet Double-Blow on the construction site to clear out sawdust and debris — and now he uses it everywhere. Even at our current place, he’s outside blowing leaves and twigs off the sidewalk. It’s lightweight but seriously powerful. Way more than we expected. He loves that it runs on the same batteries he already uses for other tools, and it makes cleanup so much faster. Honestly, it’s one of those tools you don’t think you need until you try it. Now he won’t put it down. 😂 Highly recommend for anyone who works in construction or just wants an easier way to keep things clean.

Love the product...works as described...because I love them, I decided to order for Xmas gifts...I did have a delay in receiving 2 that I ordered however...Marielle was quick to respond and offered a fair resolution (they did arrive after Xmas...). She was professional and friendly! A testament to the Customer Service agents Vortex employees... All worked out ok as I was able to gift the blowers after Xmas (was family members)

Good product and works as advertised. Shipping takes too long.

The customer service team was very helpful and responsive when resolving my issue!

While disappointed in the length of time to receive my order, it was during the holidays and Marielle was very helpful in communicating the status when I reached out to her.

Ordered on Dec 12th as a Christmas present for my farther-in-law. Just came today on Jan 6th. The blower doesn't come with a battery. So it's $200 for a piece of plastic and another $100 for a battery. Then it doesn't come with a battery charger!? You have to be kidding me! I went to order that and was told... "sorry we are out of chargers, go to Lowes and buy a charger". All in al a terrible and expensive experience.

My package was delivered to my office on December 26th and we were closed. I thought the package was stolen. Diane from Customer service was responsive and communicated with me to figure out what happened. Turns out one of my colleagues was in the office that day and stored it in his office during the holidays. Diane followed up to make sure all was OK. Great service and follow up.
