Pathetic Customer support. They doesnt do anything and tickets get lingering on, with nobody to respond on that.. I tried to settle a whole month and tried windows and linux both VPS but i could not configure basic things.

I looked long and hard for a VPS that included a license for the current version of Microsoft Windows Server (2019) and was visually responsive through RDC. It quickly became apparent that 4GB RAM was the minimum to avoid heavy paging to disk. So far, VPS-Mart has been my only affordable choice. Their VPS responsiveness appears to be related to their use of Hyper-V instead of KVM. Amazon AWS came close but the ManageEngine software I am using does not like the AWS usage of internal and external IP addresses that differ. OVH Canada seems to work as well as VPS Mart, but at triple the cost.
