I asked to move my reservation back 1 day due to a music festival getting canceled due to weather. I would still be paying for 2 nights and the condo is available. They are not allowing me to move the dates. I will never use this company again, this is terrible customer service.

This property "Wine down Cottage" in Union Pier MI: not well maintained. Toilet (MBA) broke on first day and was not fixed during our 5-day stay. Not very clean. Rugs worn and dirty. Other toilet also very old and not sure how long it will work! Dishwasher washes but doesn't dry...... I called/texted every day and was always told they would notify "on-site team"--NO RESULT! DO NOT STAY HERE and DO NOT BOOK WITH VUESTAY!!!!!

This was a repeat stay at a property in Fenwick Island. Last year, property management was Vacasa. I gave excellent review of the whole experience. This was an awful experience with poor response from VUE Stay. There was a dead rodent in the kitchen, with droppings noted. The cleaning personnel were on site at our arrival. Multiple calls, communication, texts, pictures sent, and no one came to rectify. They sent an air purifier via delivery truck, in hopes to cover up the offensive smell. There were dirty linens and bedding in the garage. A sliding door that was broken. Trash left in outside receptacle overflowing and not placed in street side containment site.

We rented through VueStay in August. When we arrived, two of the beds had no linens, and the property was not properly cleaned. We contacted VueStay about the issues, and they acknowledged the problems. VueStay specifically told us that they would reimburse the cleaning fee because of the condition of the property. We were given this assurance multiple times, and we followed up more than once. Despite all of those promises, the reimbursement was never made. Things don’t always go perfectly with a rental, and I understand that. What I find unacceptable is promising a customer repeatedly that an issue will be resolved and then simply not following through. If you’re considering booking through VueStay, I would think twice. The condition of the property was disappointing, but the lack of follow-through afterward was worse. Based on our experience, I would not trust VueStay to make things right if you encounter a problem. To follow up after they responded with their apology .That is all that it is…words. Actions speaks louder than words and I have still yet to receive the promised compensation. Stay away. Plenty of other options if you want to stay at the Sea Colony.

The house at Bayside was a beautiful and it was a comfortable, clean, spacious, and well furnished place, but the property management company Vue Stay has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had at a rental. Upon arrival the electricity in one of the rooms didn't work. We requested an electrician to come resolved the issue on the first day. Due to poor responsiveness, we were left wondering if anyone would show up to fix it. Well, we were without electricity in a critical room for our entire stay. We understand things like this happen, but the lack of effort to resolve it and empty promises throughout the week were unbearable. I tried repetitively for two months after our stay to negotiate reasonable compensation for this, but it was more of the same - empty promises and weeks passed without a reply and without resolution.They also do not disclose the exorbitant pool fees until after booking. Pool fees for our groups costus an extra 1,050. To make it worse, this amount was 75 more than was written in the signed agreement, which they would not honor.I wish I could recommend this place because it was a lovely house, but it is so poorly managed that you really need to find another place. AVOID VUE STAY!

Garbage company. They expect you’ll need a lawyer to read the contract. Full refund DOES NOT MEAN FULL REFUND. Don’t ever use them.

Absolutely awful. Terrible communication. They basically ignored me when I needed accommodations for a disability. They only text - and there were 3 different numbers I was getting messages from - none of them had answers or solutions. Terrible experience. Worst ever rental experience. I will never rent thru them again.

We had the most disappointing experience renting a house in Bayside Resort in Delaware through VueStay Vacations. To start, they didn’t submit our information to book badges and it happened to all their guests! Secondly, the dishwasher stopped working midway through our trip and despite all the assurances from the person who texted us back - no one came or called us back to take a look at it. The house was not in good shape but I get it - it’s not their fault but the whole experience this year has been beyond disappointing. Never again would we work with VueStay Vacations
