Wag! hasn't paid me for walks I've made in 95+ degree heat, though I've been obsessively following up with them for days. They also refuse to give me a phone # for they paying company, Payable.com, who apparently refuse to list a phone #. I am beyond furious. They also continue to casually brush me off on correspondence and wish me a "Wag-tastic day", which shows how automated they are and how little they care about the issue.

So my dog walker somehow gets into my house, walks my dog, but then notifies me that she's unable to get back into my house because she somehow locked herself out. Two key pad combinations for each of two doors, and one master key, and she still couldn't manage to get back in the house with my dog. After over 2 hours of texting the original dog walker, another dog walker that was sent to help, and WAG customer service, I was told she somehow "got in." Next, I receive a snide text from one of the two dog walkers who were trying to get into my house that I should consider locking my windows moving forward. Did they crawl through my windows to get in? I have no idea because no one is answering my texts and calling WAG customer service is a nightmare since (a) no one knows what's going on and (b) the background noise in their call center makes it impossible to hear what is being said. So now I'm left wondering how they got my dog back into my house and a completely scratched up door lock which was brand new. Never again.

They are honestly the best. The walkers are absolutely awesome. I love the way they treat my fur babies. I love that they are starting to offer for services as well.

Bad service, never on time. Today I had food missing from my refrigerator. Peppie's water dish was empty even though I instructed walker to fill it up. No longer want their service.

I have had great experiences using Wag. They are attentive and caring, and the dog walkers they hire are always professional and treat your dog like their own!

I requested a dog walk at 5:22pm and a walker came at 9:45pm! Almost 4.5 hours later. There was no apology or accountability from wag. They pride themselves on being an on-demand dog walking service like an UBER for dogs but they take 4.5 hours, in a city, not suburb, to fill a request and had the nerve to charge me and not apologize. I came home to urine on the floor. Unless you are booking WAY in advance, don't use this service because your dog won't get walked.

Our experience was great. I loved seeing the real-time tracker of where the walker and my puppy were at all times, and knowing he peed and pooped. I also love that the app showed that the walker locked the door, making me feel more confidence about this service.
