You will be very displeased with Cody
You will be very displeased with Cody, had no idea what a watch(Rolex) was worth on trade(they had one on website) and told me “they would get back with me after they scanned the market.” Never heard back. Unprofessional.

Disappointing in every way
I had read the reviews and was so excited about my new watch. On the second day my watch started jumping ahead hours. I asked Chris if he wanted me to have my jeweler look at it? No don’t do that ,he says condescendingly, watch this video on how to wind your watch. Wound it every day a few times a day. Sent it back after a week and the problem was a loose spring. The gut punch is before the refund is completed The Watch Chest deducts 468$ for a “torn box” and a “torn sleeve” and shipping back. I will be contacting everyone who will listen about this shady business.

Hi, Liz, and thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We apologize for this unfortunate experience, as it falls below our customer satisfaction expectations. Because the watch had been dropped or otherwise significantly impacted after it left Watch Chest's possession, the hairspring became tangled and caused the watch movement to malfunction. Watch Chest did everything possible to remedy the issue: repair of the hairspring was offered to you at no cost (as it is covered under the Watch Chest warranty) but per your request, we instead fulfilled a refund. Unfortunately, the accompanying presentation box was returned damaged so as per our return policy, a restocking fee and presentation box damage was deducted from the return.
