We have made several purchases from Watchco over the years all experiences have been excellent especially delivery to Australia. Our last purchase unfortunately had to be cancelled, this was no problem to Watchco and was handled professionally and courtiosly

I had a very drawn out experience, but long story short, watchco.com promised to send me a watch free of charge for the inconvenience, and despite the long wait time, I received that watch yesterday. Thanks, Eric.

I ordered a replacement watch which I recently lost in the lake. Well come to find out that the watch was out of stock at the time. The representative said he would look to see when it would come available and get back with me. When he got back to me he said the the watch was discontinued and would not be able to get it which I was bummed about. He said to see if I liked another watch and he would give me 10% off another one if I found one for the inconvenience of not get the one I wanted at first. Thought that was really awesome of him. All in all great costumer service and help with everything!!!!
