I would highly recommend WebDoctors! I admit I was a little hesitant initially putting my trust in a company that I knew nothing about, but I knew it would be at least a couple days before I could get in to see my PCP and I needed quick treatment for a UTI infection. After reading many great reviews about this company, I decided to give it a try. The doctor on-call called me within 10 minutes after completing the online form. He was very friendly and professional and answered all my questions. He called in my prescription right away for me!

I chose the pharmacy closest to me but my prescription was called to a pharmacy far from me. Not even in the same zip code. Took me awhile to figure out where it was.

Easy to schedule an appointment and fast really liked the way they explained what to expect for your appointment. The doctor was great had no problems he called in my prescription everything was great then pharmacy called said they didn’t have my meds so I went on website to see if they could call a different pharmacy went to contact us box told them what happened checked my email next my nothing so I sent another message nothing again long story short sent them total of 4 messages called 4 times to finally get my meds so for me can’t recommend them for total lack of communication why have a contact us box if you don’t respond.

The Doctor was very quick to respond. Explained how webdoctors can help and was able to fill my prescription the same day.
