It was a ridiculously quick phone call. The dr kept interrupting me and insisting I had allergies and try allergy medicine. The phone call was 2 minutes. He had no repore and did not care to get to know me or my symptoms. It felt like he just wanted to get off the phone.

Good service

Fast. Achieved my objective of getting prescription for my UTI. Only negatives are the physician didn’t really discuss anything or really listen. Just curt - here’s your prescription and gone. Of course, that’s was my objective so I’m giving four stars. Still he could have had a better bedside manner.

Very fast response from the doc. Didn't have to deal with an ER or a "doc in the box". Total time from consultation to picking up Rx about 3 hours. An ER visit alone would take longer, plus travel time and waiting for meds.

The doctor called me in a timely manner. Was kind and listened. Wrote me the prescription l needed. My only complaint is that after completing the patient info form they pulled a phone number that is over 10 years old snd no longer exists. They listed my previous address from almost 2 years ago. This caused problems when may husband picked up the preacription. I dont know why the info l provided wasn't referenced.
