I was asked by the doctor what my symptoms were and he concurred that what I had is a UTI infection. He was able to prescribe appropriate medication. He asked about my sugar numbers and recommended that I consult my primary care physician if I am not able to control my Type 2 with current prescriptions.

Not a scam, i was able to get my prescription in about 24 hrs. It was my first time using this service and my DR consultation went so quick, I was afraid it was a scam. They email you a receipt and ask to wait at least a couple of hours for the prescription to fill at the pharmacy. For some strange reason my prescription didn't go through until the next day when I directly called webdoctors. However, they answered straight away and were very friendly and sorted me out. A couple of hours later after the phone call Walgreens had the prescription and filled it. My breakdown: Only 3 stars for initial contact, especially for people using the service 1st time. 2 stars for someone dropping the ball sending my prescription in, since I had to call next morning and check on it. Over all 4 stars because everything ended well I got my prescription and didn't have to get out of bed for $50 bucks. Thank you guys.

Quick and painless

This whole experience was great! I created an account (easy), stated the reason I needed a consultation and was put in a queue for a callback "within the hour". But just 10 minutes later I was speaking to a doctor who was professional and easy to talk to. He prescribed the RX's I knew would help me and sent it immediately to my local pharmacy.
