I got my prescription written up in ten minutes-amazing!

Not worth the time or money. I followed the directions given and successfully uploaded photos prior to my appointment. When I got on the phone with the physician, he stated he did not see any attachments and so we spoke "blindly." I then called the front desk and reported the issue after my appointment; I was told to complete a form online to contact their IT department and report the issue. Why am I contacting your IT department?!?! I'm already experiencing the need for care and now I have to play switchboard! It was just an overall bad experience. Oh and to report that, you have to complete a form for that too!

Best Ever! Always a quick response and the chance to talk to a doctor that cares. Asked all the right questions and made me fell that my health was important. If I get ill again I know who I will call. Thank you for having a great staff available.

The doctor was very thorough in his questioning of my symptoms and seemed genuinely concerned about making me well again. They had my subscription sent to my pharmacy promptly. I would recommend WebDoctors.com to any and everyone. The initial form was extremely easy to fill out. Loading existing prescriptions was very easy, also. The response time was unbelievable and extremely satisfying. It's nice to know they are on the other end of the phone, if needed!

Fast response... 5 minutes after I called....listened well...very efficient....I will use webdoctors.com again. The questionnaire was easy to complete...I put the wrong pharmacy on my questionnaire...the Dr. was able to correct my mistake easily...

Your doctor was rude and his thick accent was very difficult to understand! I will not use this service again.
