I used the VIP service for an ear infection...the doctor called 15 min later and was fantastic. Went over my symptoms and I had a prescription ready for pick up in 30 minutes... Absolutely spectacular....I will be using this service without worry.

I have been using WebDoctors (formerly MDProactive) for 7 years. This service and the doctors are the best! I typically receive a phone call 10-25 minutes after my consultation request. I love the streamlined, user friendly website also. The cost is very affordable which I super appreciated when I didn't have insurance. I still use their service even after obtaining health insurance a few years ago. All of the doctors are very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. I highly recommend using WebDoctors.com!

Received a call back within 50 mins, was pleased and felt understood as to my symptoms. Doctor prescribed meds needed and within an hour or so my pharmacy had them ready.
