So convenient! didn’t have to take time off work!

Absolutely worthless. The doctor provided no useful service and I've been charged anyway. Will never use you guys again and will tell everyone I know not to either. Wound up having to spend a bunch of money going to an urgent care to get the service your company failed to provide but charged me for anyway. Absurd.

My first exposure to WebDoctors was amazing. The doctor was thorough and helpful. According to their website, follow-up appointments for my ailment are supposed to cost $49.95. When I log in to make an appointment, it wants to charge me $59.95. My emails to them have gone unanswered.

I was called right away at 10:30pm and was able to pick up a prescription the next morning. This was much less time consuming and cheaper than seeing a health care provider in person. I will definitely use this again and recommend to others.

I have been on self-quarantine as I am the 24/7 caregiver to my elderly mom and we are still living through the COVID-19 pandemic. I have been unable to get regular doctor and dentists visits as a result. I recently cracked a tooth in the front of my mouth! It became very painful and at the gum line it was a bit bigger than the size of a pea and bright red. I could not get into a new dentist until 3-4 weeks and the office suggested I go to an emergency room and get on antibiotics. As I did not want to go to an emergency room with my mother's situation (wheelchair bound, on oxygen, lung and heart issues, etc.) I decided to call WebDoctors.com (Dr. Garg is the BEST). This is the second time I have called this office and the only time I have used Online / Web Dr. services. When you submit your request online, they say the doctor usually calls within 45 minutes or so. Dr. Garg called I would say within ten minutes. He is prompt, professional, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable that you called. Online / Web Dr. services (to me anyway) can be a bit intimidating and I have never wanted to use these services before. Now that I have had two wonderful experiences with WebDoctors.com (in particular with Dr. Garg) I will definitley call them again in the future and will recommend this service to anyone I know. Dr. Garg quickly called in an antibiotic to my pharmacy and I was able to get it the same night. Within days, my tooth / gum area is much better and I feel so much better. I am forever grateful for Dr. Garg's professional, medical services. When you need an online doctor for any medical reason, CALL DR. GARG. You won't regret it - you will regret it if you don't.
