Received a call from the doctor within 30 mins. He was very friendly and efficient. My prescription was ready within an hour and a half. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I was in another state with a sick baby. By sick I mean he had a pretty bad ear infection on top of a little allergy funk. Called my sons pedi & they said “sorry.. call when you’re home we can try to find time to see him.” My sons pediatric team is pathetic for not doing anything to help even though we had JUST been there a couple of days before for this very thing and we’re rushed out because “his ears are fine.” They we’re not fine. They were blood red and he screamed more than he slept. Fast forward to finding out about this online service. This website and the doctor on call provided the help we needed after two nights and days of no sleep 3 states away with no antibiotics. The doctor prescribed the appropriate medication and drops and my sons ears were INSTANTLY feeling better. Worth every penny and amount of effort! I actually was crying and before hanging up said “I can’t thank you enough for what you do, bless you!” 10/10 recommend this service.

The Dr. Was great. He called well within the 57 minute time frame. He wasnt, however, willing to call a different phone number to a 24 hour CVS. He told me I needed to change it myself online.

Convenient care when you need it the most. As someone who gets physicals but does not need extensive medical care, this is the perfect option for treatment. I love being able to reach a doctor 24/7 for non-emergency needs, this is a friendly and helpful service!.

This was actually surprisingly a very easy, and convenient experience. No long waiting to consult with the physician. Once I paid I received a call within about 30mins. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing to definitely note is that if you are in extreme pain as I was, (due to a tooth infection/abscess) you may be better off seeing your PCP or going to the er because unfortunately the physicians on this site can't write anything stronger than 800mg of Ibuprofen. I suppose it's for sure better than nothing, but definitely wasn't very much more helpful than the handfulls of otc Ibuprofen I have been swallowing. Ive been having to swallow at least 6 200mg otc Ibuprofens at a time so the ibuprofen 800mg wasn't very helpful as far as that goes but overall it was a good experience and I will definitely use it again in the future for other things.(Maybe just not for a toothache...)
