Absolutely delighted with quick efficient response. Despite my error in time zone I started a conversation with the chat option Chris connected me to DR Kevin who was super. I am away on holiday I had app with doctor done and prescription filled in less than an hour. Super fast, efficient and cost effective service.

The doctor did call me within an hour and prescribed something for my problem but the med was not covered on my insurance and cost almost $300, so the pharmacy tried to get the doc to change and he would never call them back. I made three attempts to reach the doc to change the RX but there was never a reply....so 2 stars. I had to buy the very expensive med with no option .

I had to wait several minutes for my physician to get my medical record because it didn't initially come through and then after consultation, the approved prescription never got to my pharmacist after I called to confirm. I sent a message to WebDoctors regarding the fact my pharmacy hasn't received the order and, so far, it still hasn't been received. It's been 2 days and no prescription yet...to be determined...

Bad experience. Doctor approved my requested prescription and then they sent me a denial letter. No one answers the phone or returns calls. Would not recommend using this online service.
