Great experience

I have used their doctors three times. They were caring and understanding of my health problems. We agreed on a treatment plan that so far has worked great. Recommended. No wait. Good docs.

The physician was quick to refill my non controlled maintenance medication without wasting time second guessing the original primary care physician. Thank you for not wasting my precious time or money.

I was very happy that I could get the medication the same day I called . The doctor asked me questions relating to my symptoms. I did, however, had some difficulty understanding him sometimes due to his accent. This was the first time using you folks and will use you again when needed.

Dr Garga is calm and efficient. Once I receive a call from him, I know that the remedy is soon to come. Once I accidentally sliced my ankle with a weed eater, my ankle ended up getting infected. He prescribed exactly what I needed. Furthermore, He saw me through three bladder infections, and two cellulitis eye infections. Even when I call at 3:00 Am AZ time, I receive a call back from his Chicago location within 20 minutes. I have my meds from Walgreens within the hour! In all two hours, I am on my way back to health. Virtual doctor visits beat the extended wait of leaving my local intern a voicemail then getting a call back at the end of the day to schedule an appointment in a few more days.

I was having a hard time getting my regular MD to help me with my drinking. He told me frankly that he "did not understand" the Sinclair method and he did not believe that I had a serious problem. I struggled on my own, going cold turkey for 30 days but then relapsing because it was too hard to sustain. Plus I am not a rock bottom alcoholic, just an overdrinking person who'd like to drink less for my health. Dr. Garg listened to my concerns, prescribed naltrexone, and I was able to easily stop almost all drinking. I have wine with a nice dinner but am otherwise indifferent to alcohol. Shocked that it was this easy. Thank you!
