Easy to use & fast response from the doctor.

Wow! This was a great experience! I signed up, clicked for a consultation, paid only $39.95, got a message which doctor was assigned to my consultation and that I would receive a call within an hour. Well, I got a call from the doctor wishing 20 minutes. He asked questions, he made his diagnosis, told me what he was prescribing, and that it would be ready at my pharmacy very shortly. Done! That easy! I will use this service again!!!! No offices, no germs, no lines, no driving, ..... loved it!

Fast, reliable and compassionate.

When I put in my zip code, there were only 2 pharmacies that showed up in the entire state of Virginia. The one I chose, the first one to appear on the list, was a family clinic that doesn't even fulfill prescriptions. I wasted over an hour driving there and back, plus the embarrassment of asking for my prescription to be filled when they don't even do that. After I called Mary, she was able to find a lot more pharmacies near me and the problem was fixed. You have a serious problem with the software that lists pharmacies in the area. I am a software engineer of many years, I can tell you professionally that listing the pharmacies on your website is terrible and needs to be overhauled.

Called on a Saturday night, received a call from the physician within 30 minutes! He listened to me tell him my signs and symptoms and he explained to me that at this point I needed a abx and steroid. I was able to pick up my rx the next am! Day 2 and I can tell it’s working!! Great service!
