Had prescription within 30 minutes of calling for an abscessed tooth.

Very impressed with the response time. Had an antibiotic reaction sent Doctor an email and he responded with a phone call to me in under 5 minutes of the email.

Overall, my experience with MDProactive went well. The first time I scheduled an appointment, I ended up being in a location with poor cellular service; the result was that I couldn't take the call from the doctor. MDProactive refunded my appointment automatically, which was nice. The second time I scheduled an appointment, I spoke with the doctor and they sent a prescription to my local pharmacy. However, something went wrong with the "sending" process, and the prescription didn't actually exist. I had to call MDProactive support to have the prescription re-sent. The support person was quite kind and helpful, but I would have preferred not to spent extra effort contacting support. Overall, my experience was pleasant and I was able to get the advice and prescription that I needed.
