Always a super fast response and prescriptions are called in right away. So much easier than going in sitting in an immediate med office. Will continue to use.

The doctor called me back in a short amount of time. We discussed the issue I was having, and the medicine was called in. So nice to not have to wait in a doctor's office or the emergency room since my visit was outside normal doctor's office hours. Thank you so much! I highly recommend!

They were fast to respond which was a major plus! My only concern was the length of conversation was extremely short....maybe 5 minutes, but I must say that the medication called in was on point.

I found the process easy to navigate and I received a call fairly quickly. The doctor was kind and helpful and I received the care I needed. We live in a rural area and I wouldn’t have been able to get care that day without this. I’ve used a different telemed program before and I didn’t feel like the doctor treated me as patient or a customer, but as an item on a checklist. This was a vastly different experience and the doctor who called me was efficient, but also kind.
