VERY fast response time and very clear instructions- got my prescription for bronchitis symptoms within an hour! Great service if you are aware of your illness and have had same illness before and already know what you took before. Will use again next year when I get bronchitis again ( happens every year!) saved myself 200 bucks and a very uncomfortable trip to sit in a waiting room

The Dr. whom I spoke with was very attentive to my issues; listened and asked several questions. He was patient while I went into my details. I felt he was very thorough!

The process was easy. You fill out your medical information online and then request an appointment. The doctor called very quickly and was thorough. I had never used an online doctor before and didn't know what to expect. I was impressed.
