I am someone that always seems to have some type of issue when doing things online but I had no problems from start to finish...which just happened to be the shortest doctor process I had ever had and I have had 4 boys

Having never used a service like this before im not sure of what i should expect. The person(DR?) that called me back did not introduce himself, was very difficult for me to understand, asked me the same question 3x that i had answered online. He was very short with me and hung up before i could ask if he was going to refill my prescription. i give the whole online concept 5 stars. they guy could have been having a bad day.

It was so easy, I enjoyed my experience of online M.D.

Prompt callback by Dr knowledgeable about my condition. Initial call to prescription pickup was less than 2 hrs and saved well over $100.
