I was a total skeptic of doing this but they called back in 20 and my script was phoned in in 3 minutes. No lines, no driving, $35 cheaper than my urgentcare co-pay. I will most definitely use this again!

I was called back in a surprisingly short time. The Doctor seemed to be knowledgeable about my condition and my prescription was called in to my pharmacy almost immediately as it was ready in two hours for my pickup. I will use this service again.

Requesting an appointment was easy but the rest of the experience left a bad taste in my mouth. After setting up my call, I kept receiving an email saying my appointment request was incomplete. When I would log back in it would prompt me to put in my card info again. The money had already been taken out the first time. I recieved this email two more times, one after my call was complete. When the doctor did call they were hard to understand. He seemed frustrated and just wanted to get the call over with. Didn’t ask for me to verify who I was or what my symptoms were. The prescription was ready shortly and I’m feeling better, so that’s a plus. I like using sites like this to “see” a doctor because I have a pretty busy schedule. I just may not use this site again.

Awesome experience. I was having shortness of breath and out of my inhaler one call and I was able to get my prescription refills at my local pharmacy. I only paid 39.99 for the consultation over the phone with the Dr. I would recommend MDProactive to others in the future.
