The MD was quite polite. He listened , asked appropriate question with regard to my symptoms and prescribed the appropriate antibiotic within a reasonable time to the local pharmacy ! Yes I would use again . Thanks from a retired RN

I was very skeptical as this was the first time I used MDProactive. Will DEFINITELY use this service again. I couldn't get into my doctor for days and I knew I had acute sinusitis as I had it before. Also, my doctor told me the appointment would be minimum of $190.00 before even any RX was given. I said if you look at my chart you'll see I have had this before and am given the same Rx. But no, they said he has to see you! Anyway, MDProactive Dr. called within the time they stated, asked what I considered were pertinent questions, called in 2 RX and I was 100% better within 24 hours. Thank you!

Love this service. The doctor trusted that I know my body and symptoms and the doctor prescribed meds right away. I had a bleeding sinus infection. I was going to physically go to urgent care, but found this. Didn’t have to go anywhere, got a call within 20 minutes of placing my order. Yes, the doc has an accent (other reviewers seemed to think this was a problem), but I understood him just fine. He prescribed antibiotics and told me what OTC meds I should be taking. Pharmacy texted me 20 minutes later saying my meds were ready for pickup. Absolutely cool.

It was the day after Christmas, my doctor does not take walk ins & from past experience, an appointment was not going to be fast. So I found and tried this option & it worked out so well! The doctor called, asked a few questions & sent in 3 prescriptions & they were ready in about an hour. The price is much less than an office visit plus no travel & sitting and waiting in an office with more sick people. I will use this option again!
