I did not get to talk at all during the…
I did not get to talk at all during the call. The doctor didn’t let me get a word in. I had to still then go to the er. I have been trying to get in contact with the company for the “money back guarantee” and I can’t get someone to help. Wast ele $59

If a physician feels your condition is not easily diagnosable online, you will be referred to urgent care or the ER. This is done for the patients safety. Your credit card charges are waived on our end, but it may take your credit card company 3-10 business days to process it. Thanks

Doctor did not give me a diagnosis
Doctor did not give me a diagnosis. Still charge me $30. I had to go to an urgent care emergency $250. And I got a $5 prescription. That's all I was needing to begin with. I will tell everyone I know that this is not a good way of seen a doctor. How do you charge someone for something when no service was provided. The reason for my review is to document the poor service that I received. You can respond again if you want but you're not to change my review.

We do not find a patient with this name in our database. Whenever we refer a patient to urgent care or the emergency room for their own safety, we do not charge them. This is mentioned during the phone call, and in an e-mail immediately afterwards. Our minimum fee schedule starts at $39.95, not at $30. Thanks and Merry Christmas

I was a little hesitate about this but…
I was a little hesitate about this but it turned out great! Doctor called me 10 minutes later and prescription was sent and ready an hour later. We didn’t have to worry about co pays and a costly doctor visit. Great service!

Awesome
It was great to get some medical advice and medication called in to my pharmacy without having to leave my house. I don’t have the energy to drive and wait for hours in the doctors office.
