1. Last 3 days, I am unable to access despite having valid paid subsciption until 23 July 2026.
2. No customer service support
3. The self help links are useless
Can't do buisness with a company that is unavailable to support their customers (who have paid $700 odd).
While I could access:
1. Scheduling a Webinar was quite long and painful.
2. At times, there are audio video issues.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, worst customer support. The software has so many bugs it disconnected so many time in the middle of a live bugs. I heard users and creators loosing hundreds of thousands invested without WJ taking any ownership or responsibility. Highly recommend tuning on streamyard. Their tech is so not reliable and outdated. 🚨 Why This Is Fraudulent
🚨 Why This Is Fraudulent
1. Fake “hiring process.”
Legitimate employers never require you to pay or complete a “certification form” through a third-party website before hiring. Real companies handle paperwork after a formal job offer, and certifications come from established bodies like The Travel Institute, CLIA, or IATA — not from random websites like thetravelcertification.com.
2. The domain and email are connected to known scams.
payments travelcareers.co
has been reported to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) as part of a travel agent job scam.
Victims describe the exact same pattern: a fake hiring manager (often named Emily or Sarah) tells them to “complete the form” and email a confirmation or certification number.
After paying, people never receive legitimate training or access, and the “company” stops responding.
3. “Emily (Hiring Manager)” is not traceable.
There’s no real company listing, phone number, or LinkedIn profile connecting an actual person named Emily to “Travel Careers” or “The Travel Certification.”
4. Website setup matches scam networks.
Thetravelcertification.com and travelcareers.co share design, domain registration style, and email structure typical of pay-to-work scams.
The domains were both recently created and lack any physical address or legal business registration.

Hidden 2-hour Limit That Cut Off My…
Hidden 2-hour Limit That Cut Off My Webinar Mid-Pitch
I’ve been paying 97 dollars a month for WebinarJam because I needed a dedicated solution for my masterclass. Compared to other tools like Zoom or Google Meet, it’s already on the pricier side. But what really frustrated me is that they have a hidden two-hour limit on webinars, which I only discovered the hard way.
I spent weeks and thousands of dollars filling up my webinar room, and just when I started my pitch, the webinar got cut off because of this arbitrary limit. They never made this limitation clear in any of their promotions. It’s obviously just a tactic to push users toward a more expensive plan. It’s not a technical cost issue; it’s a business decision they never disclosed properly.
So beware: if you’re planning anything longer than two hours, know that you’ll either get cut off or have to pay more. This was a deal-breaker for me.

We are very disappointed
We are very disappointed. It's fine if you have a maximum of 4K participants, but above that, it crashes EVERYTIME. The worst part is that they don't want to admit that they have a daily quota per user. Customer service and transparency are terrible. I recommend switching to another tool. They don't respect their customers.
