Exceptional customer service and…
Exceptional customer service and seamless return process. I had a great experience with Mica when I needed to return masks that didn't fit properly. This was my first order through WellBefore. Not only did they help me quickly find a replacement that worked better for me, but they also let me keep my original order (which is great, because I have a friend with long COVID who I will gift my original order to). I will definitely be getting my masks through WellBefore from now on. Thank you so much!

I appreciate the subscription service…
I appreciate the subscription service since quality masks have been hard to find around my area. However, many of the masks I ordered have some fuzz or similar material that tickles my face and makes it difficult to keep wearing them. I am still using them because there aren't many other options, but I hope the manufacturer will address this issue.

Excellent product and company - highly recommend!
Everything about this company and my experience has been great. I found their masks through an independent reviewer who rated them very highly for protection (filtration), as well as comfort and breathability. They have lots of styles to choose from (and as a bonus lots of colors for those of sick of boring white masks). They are reasonably priced and are a quality product that does not break (as the loops on others I have gotten from different companies do). They arrive quickly after ordering.
