Most comfortable and reliable mask I’ve found. Products always arrive as expected. Shipping price for Hawaii is not cheap, at 11.99 for 20-30 masks. But the quality, comfort, and reliability to have a mask everyday at work keeps me subscribed. The only other thing I’ve had some trouble with was getting in contact with customer service to increase my subscription quantity. When I did get a response, they were quick to change my quantity. Overall, I highly recommend well before for their mask subscription service!

I ordered the kids regular size that fits an adult smaller face perfectly. Great quality masks and I love the adjustable ear loops. Highly recommend.

My product (which had a 3x markup…) got seized by customs and I will likely not receive it. Over a hundred dollars wasted because Well Before wants to make a profit. Will NOT be using Well Before again.

Hi Erica, We’re very sorry to hear your order was seized by customs, and we understand how disappointing that is. Customs decisions are made by the local authorities and are outside our control. Customs duties and fees are the customer’s responsibility, as noted at checkout, but we still want to help with this. Please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll work to resolve this for you promptly. Thank you for sharing your experience.
