I did not receive the last shipment. Your email said it was delivered but I never got it. Please send a replacement

I have a standing order for Nitrile…
I have a standing order for Nitrile Exam gloves. The gloves are the most reliable quality I have found. I am informed ahead of time for each shipment and can cancel the shipment if I choose to. The scheduled shipment is on time.
