Accidentally signed up for a subscription
I received a shipment notification for an order I didn't remember placing. Upon checking my previous order I discovered I accidentally signed up for a monthly subscription. I emailed customer support and explained the situation. I wasn't sure when they would reply because I'm doing this late at night! Well, to my surprise the next morning the order was canceled and within 24 hours I was issued a refund. I am so thankful and I appreciate the excellent customer service. I am a customer for life!!
