I have a narrow face so those drugstore "surgical" masks never work for me. I ordered a size I thought might work and have been so happy. They are comfortable and having colors is nice. They also tuck away nicely.

I am very disappointed with the quality of the masks. I had ordered from you before and was pleased but these are unusable. weird smell, my glasses fog, I just don't understand

Hi Eileen, we are sorry to know you were not happy with our products, and thank you for trying to receive the products with the expected quality up to three times, but unfortunately neither of those we weren't able to fulfill your expectations as we did with many other customers. However, we hope our customer service team helped you in the previous two orders where you asked for a refund and we skipped the return of the products in order to speed things up. But please, if after three times you tested our products, and received our services and provided refunds with those exceptions, is there anything we are missing? What might be? Could you please let us know a bit more about your experience so we can improve after three experiences? We are here to help our customers, and this special case would help us understand. Feel free to reach out to our customer service email to let us know your further feedback to know your quality requirements. Stay safe.

I never got what I ordered, was told it may have been a scanning error. My money was returned.

Hi Kyle, we are sorry to know you had this experience with, and we hope it's understandable we are unable to control how couriers deliver packages, and even if it's not on us, we do our best to process a refund immediately as you requested. At least we expect our service met your expectation when these situations out of our control happens, and hopefully we will be seeing you again in the future. For now, we wish you the best, and stay safe.

My experience was fine. I like the product and appreciate the efficient delivery services. I think, however, that there is too much communication. I don’t need constant emails and texts notifying me that a delivery is pending, or is about to happen, or happened. I think I got 5 emails and 5 Texts prior to and after my last delivery. All that followed by the request for feedback. I’d like to respectfully request that you send me the product without so many contacts. Thank you.

Hi Nancy, and thank you for your honest comments. We are sorry to know our system has sent too many communications. If you allow us to clarify, our sole purpose is to keep our customers as informed as possible about their purchases, and all this based on previous experiences where we learned that, most of the time, our customers didn't feel they were informed as they wanted, for which we created a communication process as informative as possible that can reduce any inconveniences or communications. Please rest assured we will be working on making this process more efficient from time to time, and we hope you can bear with us for a while on this. In the meantime, we are happy to notify the review requests can be removed by yourself at anytime by clicking in the "unsubscribe me" button the Trustpilot email sent to you to rate us. We hope this helped, and if you have any other questions, let us know. We will be more than happy to help through our customer service channels.
