I know your masks are authentic, but I was not sent the ones I asked for —with ear loops. I went back and checked my order. You must have been out of them and sent me the double elastic band ones. ( I will give them to a family member who shaves his head.)

This company has the best customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered the petite x-small for my 2 1/2 year old. It did not fit as it was to small. When I contacted the company they sent me the next size up (5masks) to try free of charge. When I received the replacements the wrong size was sent and they again sent me another 5 masks in the correct size to try free of charge. They read emails, respond immediately, and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer.

Excellent face masks-I bought the kn95 and really like them-thick, but not too hot. Great quality-best faces I've found other than cloth masks. Will buy more when needed.

Sizing info was not evident on the ordering page, so I ended up w/ 10 masks I can't use.

If you allow us to help, the exact moment you select the model, size and color of the masks, the website will automatically shows you the mask's measurements of that specific model in the pictures, so you can see the size the masks will be for you to determine if they fit or not, and this process happens with every modification of the model in the selection pane of the masks.
