I placed this order 6 weeks ago. When I called to cancel the order last week, the CSR assured me that they had received a shipment "this week". However, I still have neither received my order nor received any update on shipping time. However, I keep getting "reminders" to please rate them, and (oh please) rate them highly.. Not a good time to ask for a review.

I gave Wellbefore a 4 star because the advertising of the KN95's was misleading and they made it seems as if these were FDA approved and NIOSH - which they aren't. I have seen that the advertising has been corrected. THAT'S GOOD. I ordered the over the head small fit white kn95. I have a petite face and they work quite well. They smell weird, but I think all non-cloth masks smell weirdly. My husband got the navy colored envelope style behind the ear style, regular fit. He likes these very much. All in all, we have ordered the behind the ear, for petite faces for my 90 year old mother.

If you allow us to clarify some points: We are sorry if there was some confusion through our advertisement, however please note we never mislead our products or their registration, and if we promote a product that is NIOSH certified, we make it very clear on our site, so you can rest assured that you never saw our KN95 masks promoted as NIOSH certified when they are not. However, we do have masks with our brand on them that are NIOSH certified, and you can easily find them in the following link: https://wellbefore.com/collections/niosh-n95 We hope this had clarified your concerns, and you can see that, in fact, if we promoted a masks with our brand as NIOSH, we were referring to our N95 WellBefore masks, and we know how important this clarification is for our customers, thus the reason why we refer to the masks' certifications on their titles, and every single mask you see on our site will have their registrations, just to be clear on what you will be getting. WellBefore has been our go-to for KN95 masks during this pandemic. We have a family of large and small faces, and finding masks that fit us all was a challenge prior to finding WellBefore.
