I haven't installed the mirrors yet, but so far this looks like a good company - everyone I dealt with was helpful and honest and seemed to want to do a good job.

Shipping was fast and product was well packed. However, the shower head is leaking around the “knuckle” / pivot point. Has not been used much as it is part of a remodel so I am hoping once it is in daily use it stops.

The website does not have detailed installation instructions. In fact, the 28 inch wide cabinet wasn’t even listed as an option. The included instructions in the box or detailed though. I also don’t understand why a relatively small cabinet has to come is two separate units that are screwed together And the blocks that are used to hold together. The screw hole on the inside of the cabinet is so close to the back wall that it’s very difficult to get a screwdriver in your hand in there to screw the screws in which should be machine screws in the first place. It’s very difficult not to strip the screw head out because you have to apply so much torque to cut the threads Just simply moving the screw holes and the block a little bit narrower would help greatly other than this I found the quality to be quite high and being made out of aluminum. It will last a lifetime.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback! The 28” size is not a standard model, so it comes as two connected units, allowing flexible door opening directions. As shown in the product images, two boxes are included. For the back connector screws, a manual screwdriver is needed due to limited space. The wider hole spacing helps ensure a stronger connection.
