I ordered the Vogue Pro during their Christmas promotion, but the item was sold out and the order was not fulfilled. After I wrote a complaint, their customer service team reach out to apologize and offer me a discount on my next purchase. I ended up getting the Dice model instead with their discounted code. Overall, great customer service.
