At first wanted to cancel monthly coverage, since February had not found a doctor accepting coverage. So, I called WeShare and discussed issue with NaTausha Jefferson. She continued to spend the time while on the phone with me to find me a medical office and even called them to confirm everything and provided my plan info to the financial office. I was so impressed with NaTausha and her professionalism, kindness and being so helpful. She took care of my problem and frustration. Thank you so much NaTausha

Really good experience with Jesse accepting my call at WeShare. He got me results and answers very quickly and courteous and polite throughout.
